2. Keep raw and cooked food separate: (keep raw fish/meat separate from fruits and vegetables; keep raw and cooked food separate).

4. Store food at a safe temperature: (store cooked food below 5°C and reheat stored food thoroughly before serving).

On 7th June 2023 Bangladesh Safe Food Authority, District Office, Sylhet organized "Awareness Program on Safe Food with Tour Operators working in Sylhet" in the hall of Hotel Noorjahan Grand.
Mr. Abdun Nasser Khan, Secretary, Bangladesh Safe Food Authority was present as the chief guest in the programme.
Mr. Md. Salah Uddin, Deputy Director, District Information Office, Sylhet was present as a special guest.
Sylhet District Safe Food Officer Mr. Syed Sarfraz Hossain presided over the program.
Sunamganj District Safe Food Officer Mr. Sharif Uddin was also present.
Members of Tour Operator Sylhet were present as participants in the program.
